Your Pay Explained: £15−£18 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once "up to speed". Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a £100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role.
