• Excellent admin skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer delivery status queries and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Conduct investigations for missing parcels and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with customers throughout the process.
