Job summary

DPD Group is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract in Tees Valley. You will join a busy team supporting customers with parcel collection and delivery, and work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to resolve issues and maintain world-class service.

You will handle delivery status inquiries, provide Proof of Delivery, and investigate missing parcels or disputes. The role offers a competitive salary up to £25,528.04 and benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Help internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery.
• Collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve them.

• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
