Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent data entry and attention to detail.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Outlook and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-calling customers to confirm delivery date/time, access restrictions, opening hours and instructions.
• Arranging/confirming delivery bookings and updating internal systems accurately.
• Escalating delivery concerns or special requirements to Transport/Operations.
• Maintaining accurate customer details (data checks/cleansing) and logging all customer contact.
• Providing delivery updates/ETAs when required.
