Job summary

Private Equity Insights is seeking a Delegate Sales Manager to join our London team. You will drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at our international conferences, reporting to the Sales Leadership team.

You will reach out, generate opportunities, manage your pipeline and work toward ambitious monthly targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with structured training and clear progression.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending international conferences.
• Drive new business: proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees.
• Own your targets: take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue goals and work towards exceeding them.
• Execute high-volume outreach: make 60+ calls per day, generating qualified sales opportunities and proposals.
• Manage your pipeline: own prospects from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close.
• Become an expert: build a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries so you can sell with confidence.
• Collaborate: work with marketing, content and conference teams to continuously improve campaigns.
