Job summary

Morson Edge is partnering with a leading defence technology organisation to recruit an experienced Product Sales Manager. You will drive growth by shaping sales strategies, managing complex bids and building key customer partnerships across the UK MOD and international defence customers.

Qualifications

Defence sector sales experience required.
Successful track record in winning large, complex bids.
Experience with UK MOD or international defence customers.
Strong commercial acumen and bid leadership.
Experience leading multidisciplinary bid teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth across assigned defence product areas.
Lead and manage complex bid and capture activities for UK and international opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
Support product strategy with market intelligence and customer insight.
Deliver sales targets and contribute to the wider commercial strategy.
Represent the business at meetings, exhibitions and events.
