Technical Futures Ltd is seeking a Defence Business Development Manager with a proven track record in defence, security, space/aerospace or adjacent technology sales to own the full sales life-cycle within a thriving consultancy.

You will build trusted relationships across Defence SMEs, military commands, government stakeholders and specialist technology partners, shaping strategy, creating opportunities, and leading proposals from capture to closure while ensuring delivery handover and steady

Qualifications

• The role requires deep understanding of the UK Defence ecosystem including MOD, defence primes and collaborative bid environments.
• Successful track record in defence, security, space/aerospace or related technology sales with complex engineering or consultancy offerings.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle with strong presentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define sales strategy and market development plans for defence-related offerings.
• Create opportunities, lead capture, and manage proposals through negotiation and closure.
• Oversee delivery handover and drive account growth post-sale.
• Build trusted relationships with defence SMEs, military commands, government stakeholders and partners.
