You will handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve arrears, guiding customers through options with empathy and understanding. You will also assist our client’s field agents to set up payment plans and process payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, telesales, debt recovery or call calling in a call centre environment.
• Ability to stay organised and prioritise workload.
• Demonstrated empathy while guiding customers to debt resolution.
