Made Employment Ltd on behalf of a leading energy sector client is recruiting experienced Debt Resolution Officers. The role is field-based, focusing on resolving outstanding customer accounts and negotiating repayment solutions while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities include making collection calls, processing payments, documenting activity, and planning efficient travel routes for field visits. A DBS and credit check are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling delinquent accounts or debt collection is a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Make collection calls to delinquent payers.
• Collect payments over the phone and in person, bias towards in-person collection.
• Document all activities in the appropriate system(s).
• Plan efficient travel routes to field calls.
• Research status of corporate entities and determine proper ownership.
