Made Employment Ltd is expanding its Customer Contact team at the Romford Head Office to handle debt collection conversations with both commercial and residential customers. You will negotiate to secure payment while showing empathy to vulnerable customers, aiming for positive outcomes.

The role includes onboarding checks, including basic DBS, credit checks, and references, and offers full training and uncapped monthly commission.
