Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, telesales, debt recovery or call centre environment.
• Must be organised and able to prioritise workload.
• Ability to express empathy with customers while guiding debt resolution.
• Must be resilient and tenacious.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve arrears on utility bills.
• Explain options to customers with empathy and clarity.
• Set up payment plans and process payments.
• Assist field agents with arranging payments and collections.
