Job summary

DPD Worcester is hiring a Debrief Operative to support drivers and maintain a top-tier customer experience at the depot. You’ll bridge drivers and customers, manage handheld devices, and keep paperwork tight. This FTC role runs 40 hours a week with afternoon shifts.

• Support drivers by solving address issues and giving clear directions.
• Maintain Saturn handhelds and report glitches promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain depot KPIs.
• Run driver debriefs and keep paperwork accurate.
• Maintain a safe and secure workspace.
