Job summary

DPD Group in Stockport is recruiting a Debrief Operative to be the bridge between drivers and a 5-star customer experience. You’ll support routes, resolve tricky addresses and help the depot run smoothly.

No lengthy experience is required; we value energy, focus, tech savviness and teamwork. Full training, uniform and PPE are provided, with a 40-hour week and a shift pattern starting in the afternoon.

Qualifications

• Energy, passion and a can-do attitude.
• Focus with attention to detail under pressure.
• Tech savvy with handheld devices and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the squad by helping drivers with routes and addresses.
• Keep Saturn handhelds in top shape and report glitches ASAP.
• Handle customer enquiries to maintain depot KPIs.
• Run driver debriefs and keep paperwork tight.
• Prioritise safety in the depot workspace.
