Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a Debrief Operative in Romsey for a fixed-term contract until January 15, 2027, working 40 hours per week with an afternoon shift. You will bridge drivers and customer service to uphold a 5-star experience, supporting route planning, device maintenance, and efficient debrief processes.

Training, uniform and PPE are provided as part of the role. A proactive, detail-oriented team player with good tech skills will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with computer systems and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Support the squad: help drivers with routes, addresses and clear instructions.
• Tech management: maintain Saturn handhelds, report glitches ASAP.
• Customer care: handle enquiries and keep depot KPIs on point.
• Process pro: run driver debriefs and keep paperwork tight.
• Safety first: ensure a safe and secure workspace for everyone.
