DPD Group UK is seeking a Debrief Operative to act as the backbone of the depot, connecting drivers with a five-star customer experience. You will support drivers, manage handheld devices, and handle enquiries while keeping KPI targets in view.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers by routing tricky addresses and giving clear instructions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Saturn handhelds; report glitches quickly.
• Handle customer enquiries and monitor depot KPIs.
• Run driver debriefs and keep paperwork orderly.
• Ensure a safe and secure workspace for everyone.
