DPD Group UK is seeking a Debrief Operative to act as the backbone of the depot, linking drivers with a 5-star customer experience. You’ll help drivers hit their routes, manage handheld devices, and uphold safety and accuracy in paperwork.

In this role you’ll join a fast-paced team, receive full training, and contribute to efficient operations. You’ll be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the squad by guiding drivers and optimizing routes.
• Maintain Saturn handhelds and report glitches promptly.
• Handle enquiries professionally and monitor depot KPIs.
• Run driver debriefs and ensure paperwork is accurate.
• Maintain a safe and secure workspace.
