Job summary

DPD Doncaster is seeking a Debrief Operative to act as the backbone of the depot, bridging drivers and a 5-star customer experience. You will support drivers, manage handheld devices, handle customer enquiries, and ensure accurate documentation. The role follows a 5-day afternoon pattern with full training and PPE provided.

The position offers a fixed-term contract until January 15, 2027, at £12.71 per hour with enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for progression within the depot.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the squad by helping drivers with routes and tricky addresses.
• Maintain Saturn handhelds and report glitches ASAP.
• Handle customer enquiries and keep depot KPIs on track.
• Run driver debriefs and keep paperwork tight.
• Maintain a safe workspace for everyone.
