Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a Debrief Operative at the Croydon depot to support drivers, manage debriefs, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role runs 40 hours per week with a start time after 12pm, under a fixed-term contract until 15 January 2027.

You will work with Saturn handhelds, resolve enquiries, and help maintain depot KPIs while contributing to a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Energetic, detail-oriented and motivated.
• Able to multitask under pressure with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable using computer systems and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers by optimizing routes and giving clear address instructions.
• Keep Saturn handhelds in good working order, report glitches promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain depot KPIs.
• Run driver debriefs and keep paperwork tight.
• Maintain a safe and secure workspace for everyone.
