Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a Debrief Operative in Romsey for a fixed-term contract until January 15, 2027. The role supports drivers with routes, maintains handheld technology, and handles customer inquiries to sustain a 5-star service standard.

You will participate in driver debriefs, ensure accurate paperwork, and uphold safety in the depot. Entry is welcome with a proactive, team-oriented mindset; full training and PPE provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the squad by helping drivers with routes and addresses.
• Keep Saturn handhelds in top shape and report glitches ASAP.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain depot KPIs.
• Run driver debriefs and keep paperwork tight.
• Maintain a safe and secure workspace.
