Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Finance Documents Processor to support Volkswagen Group dealers by processing finance submissions, verifying details and ensuring timely payouts.

You will handle dealer enquiries by phone, enter data in internal systems with speed and accuracy, and liaise with Customer Services to maintain service levels.

The role requires strong communication, understanding of data protection and consumer credit acts, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable.
• An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus essential and a customer friendly manner at all times.
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, and to work a flexible working pattern incl. evenings and weekends plus some Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer enquiries by phone with speed and accuracy.
• Enter and handle customer and dealer data in internal systems.
• Validate customer documents and authorise appropriate dealer payments.
• Liaise with Customer Services and other business areas.
• Maintain your understanding of FCA regulations to ensure competence.
