Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support dealer enquiries and process finance documents efficiently. You will handle data entry in internal systems, validate documentation, and liaise with Customer Services to ensure speedy payouts.

The role requires strong communication, PC literacy, and resilience to meet deadlines, including evenings and weekends. VWFS UK offers development opportunities and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable.
• An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus essential and a customer friendly manner at all times.
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, and to work a flexible working pattern incl. evenings and weekends plus some Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
• Entering / handling customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Validating customer documentation with proposal details and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
• Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintaining your understanding of FCA regulations to fulfil your role.
• Process appropriate documents for finance submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers and ensure speedy payouts.
