Tesco Gloucester is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver a great customer experience across all areas of the store. You will lead the team, coach colleagues, and act as the go-to person during the Manager's absence with flexible scheduling and a minimum 16 hours per week.

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.

• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
