Tesco (Tesco) is hiring a Shift Lead to lead store teams, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage day-to-day operations. The role emphasizes flexible working and serving customers, communities, and the planet with inclusive leadership across store areas.

You will be responsible for guiding colleagues, ensuring great service, and stepping in during the Manager’s absence, while embracing change and opportunities to improve the in-store experience.
