Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver a great in-store experience. You’ll lead the team across store operations, support colleagues, and be the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

With a minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed (roles from 12 hours available), you’ll schedule shifts within availability windows, coach colleagues, and contribute to customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in team lead or management in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication to keep the team informed.
• Passion for delivering great service and meeting customers' needs.
