Job summary

Tesco Retail is hiring for a Shift Lead to lead the store team and deliver excellent customer service on a daily basis.

In this role you will work across all store areas, supporting colleagues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will coach staff, communicate clearly, and act as the store leader in the manager's absence, while maintaining an inclusive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to meet customer needs.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
