Job summary

Derby Museums seeks a Data and Systems Manager to lead data recontextualization and reporting. You will drive the move to a data-first approach, moving processes to Illuminate and Subscriber CRM, and shape surveys to evidence impact for funders and stakeholders.

You will collaborate across teams, translate business needs into data solutions and help design dashboards to support planning and audience insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role at a museum, charity or related organisation.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience implementing a new CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Lead on data recontextualization across Derby Museums.
• Plan, streamline and implement data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Support the wider team to move to a data-first mentality.
• Lead on systems improvements to increase operational efficiency.
