Job summary

Derby Museums is seeking a Data and Systems Manager to lead data recontextualization, reporting, and analytics across the organisation. You will steer the move to systems like a new CRM and dashboards to improve information flow and audience insights.

You will design surveys, empower teams with data-driven decision making and report impact to funders and stakeholders, while centralising audience data across sites using Illuminate and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Experience with surveys design and measuring impact is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on data recontextualization across Derby Museums and design data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Drive data-first decision making and business planning.
• Oversee CRM and dashboard implementation to streamline workflows.
