Job summary

Derby Museums is seeking a Data and Systems Manager to lead data strategy, reporting and analytics across the organisation. You will drive data collection, dashboards, and the rollout of a new CRM system to streamline workflows and improve audience insights.

You will manage reporting through Illuminate and design surveys to demonstrate impact to funders and stakeholders, while ensuring data quality across museum sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with data reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data recontextualisation across Derby Museums and implement data collection and reporting processes.
• Drive data analysis to support business planning and funder reporting.
• Oversee reporting through Illuminate and design surveys to evidence impact.
• Manage Subscriber CRM usage and ensure audience data is gathered across sites.
