Job summary

Derby Museums is seeking a Data and Systems Manager to lead data collection, analysis and reporting across the organisation, supporting a data-first approach and better decision making.

You will drive systems improvements, oversee Illuminate reporting and design surveys to evidence impact, while ensuring audience data is gathered across sites and that the Subscriber CRM is used effectively. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Derby.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into data solutions.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience implementing a new CRM system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead on data recontextualization, planning and implementation of data collection and reporting.
• Drive systems improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Lead reporting through Illuminate and design surveys to evidencing impact.
• Pull together annual survey data to evidence reach and impact.
• Oversee use of Subscriber CRM and ensure audience data is gathered and reported across sites.
