Data and Insights Manager

Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000 per annum + company bonus scheme

Working: 35 hours, Monday to Friday

Location: Hybrid with frequent travel to Leeds office

We're looking for an experienced Data & Insight Manager to join our growing team! You'll be a key part of our team, responsible for extracting actionable insights from field data to inform business decisions and shape strategies to maximise return on investment and drive success for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to data strategy development and utilise data to solve business challenges and drive continuous improvements
  • Analyse data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to increase return on investment
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven support
  • Develop and maintain customer-focused reports and dashboards (Power BI, Pyramid, Excel)
  • Working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Pyramid
  • Manage master data, ensure data quality, and optimise data pipelines and processes
What We're Looking For
  • Strong data-story-telling ability
  • Strong communication skills to communicate credible data-led solutions to stakeholders who may not be data-literate
  • Strong relationship building skills to drive customer engagement
  • Problem Solving skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions
  • Curious mentality to conduct exploratory analysis to solve problems rather than expect to be given set tasks
  • Data Strategy & Implementation - Experience defining and implementing data strategies for business goals
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and operational teams
  • Project & Team Leadership - Experience leading data projects and ensuring timely delivery of insights
  • Data Visualisation - Understanding of Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid
  • Relationship Building - Strong collaboration and communication skills
