As a Data Management Analyst in the WADU Data team within the Corporate Sector at CAO and HR, you will play a key role in the end-to-end data journey. You will source, ingest, and assure the quality of data, always seeking creative ways to improve our processes. You will help determine data usability for client-focused use cases and support the development of new products. Your work will ensure our analytics deliver maximum value to end users, and you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and technology partners.,

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data journey
  • Evaluate current use cases, conduct gap analysis, and identify opportunities for product development
  • Engage with clients to maximize the value of analytics and insights
  • Manage the innovation life cycle from ideation and prototyping to requirements translation for technology teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Create compelling visual data representations
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement
  • Support unbiased storytelling through data
  • Contribute to strategic and investment insights using workforce activity data
