Logistics Data Entry Clerk – Solihull (Automotive Logistics)

Pay: £16.62ph
Hours: Rotating shifts – 05:45–13:45 / 13:45–21:45 / 21:45–05:45 (40 paid hours per week)
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Solihull, B92 area
Start: Immediate

What You’ll Do
  • Create spreadsheets using MS Excel
  • Electronic and physical delivery note checking
  • Booking in and data matching
  • Handling calls and responding to emails
  • Supporting logistics operations in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous data entry or warehouse admin experience
  • Extensive Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and pivot tables—proof of experience will be required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good level of English and computer literacy
  • Experience in transport/logistics is desirable
  • Knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/Red Prairie/Blue Yonder) is an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to work a 3‑shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night)
  • Own transport or live locally to Solihull
