Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Centre Engineering Supervisor based in Slough to lead a team of engineers, coordinate maintenance, and ensure 100% availability for critical and non-critical systems.

You will drive safety, compliance, and technical quality across the data centre environment. The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and hands-on experience with data centre infrastructure, UPS, cooling, and building management systems.

Qualifications

• Electrician with recognised qualifications (apprenticeship, HND, C&G).
• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations - essential.
• Proven experience operating data centres/critical environments.
• Excellent facilitation and communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage a team of Engineers and allocate works.
• Oversee client services and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead change control processes for critical areas.
• Provide technical management reports and leadership to engineers.
• Ensure safety and CBRE H&S procedures are followed.
