Job summary

CBRE London seeks a Lead Engineer to oversee maintenance and performance of critical environments across commercial settings. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure SLAs are met while driving improvements in facility operations.

Qualifications

• Recognized electrician qualifications (apprenticeship, HND, C&G) and relevant electrical certifications.
• Experience managing data centers or critical environments is preferred.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness (IOSH or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities and ensure adherence to budgets and SLAs.
• Lead and develop the facilities team to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on critical environment requirements.
• Maintain and improve documentation for critical infrastructure and compliance.
• Ensure change control and statutory testing are performed on schedule.
