Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the establishment and maintenance of technical standards across its Data Centre Solutions in EMEA. The role focuses on ensuring 100% plant availability and uptime through effective risk management, process improvements, and proactive technical governance.

You will supervise site maintenance teams, coordinate critical spares, manage change controls, and drive RCA and training initiatives to sustain engineering excellence across the contract portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience at a technical management level within a high-technical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of data rooms, critical systems, and complex HV and LV systems.
• HV switching experience and electrical infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong MS Office skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and maintenance of technical standards and service solutions.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and uptime across CBRE contract portfolio.
• Provide technical authority to maintenance teams and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement EOPs/SOPs and change control documentation.
