Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Data Centre Engineering Supervisor in Slough. You will lead the engineering team, drive risk-based maintenance, and ensure 100% availability of critical and noncritical systems.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety permits, and train engineers to CBRE standards. Strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrician with recognised qualifications and H&S training.
• Experience in operating data centres/critical environments.
• Knowledge of emergency response and safety procedures.
• Ability to read risk assessments and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and coordinate daily maintenance tasks.
• Manage costs related to delivery of maintenance activities.
• Ensure services meet client SLAs and adhere to CBRE procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and support to site engineers.
• Maintain and sign off critical environment documentation and tests.
