In this role, you will maintain the integrity of CAFM data, supporting management information reporting to ensure the property portfolio is backed by accurate information. A fantastic opportunity has opened up with my client who are a leading UK Chairty for a detail‑driven Asset Analyst to join their property team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in data‑heavy environments and enjoys turning complex information into meaningful insight.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our CAFM data, supporting MI reporting, and ensuring their property portfolio is backed by accurate, high‑quality information that drives confident decision‑making.

What they’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a data or systems‑focused role, ideally within property or CAFM environments
  • Strong analytical ability — confident importing/exporting, auditing, and interrogating data
  • Experience producing MI reports for audiences ranging from operational teams to Board level
  • Solid Excel capability (VLOOKUPs, IF statements, pivot tables, data validation/visualisation)
  • Skilled at working with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and work with minimal supervision
  • Practical experience using PLANON (desireable) or similar CAFM systems, plus strong Microsoft Office skills
