We're seeking professionals who can bridge the gap between business and technology, with a strong focus on value realisation, ROI modelling and strategic planning for data and AI investments. Your ability to translate technical concepts into clear business narratives will be critical in driving adoption and embedding data and AI strategies at the highest levels.
We TRANSLATE Strategy into Execution - You will design strategic roadmaps that convert complex data and AI business vision, ambition and high-level capabilities into clear, actionable plans. These roadmaps will guide organisations through transformation, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
We TRACK and MEASURE Realised Value - You will establish mechanisms to monitor and report on the realised value of data and AI investments over time. This includes defining KPIs, implementing tracking tools and advising on continuous improvement to maximise ROI.
We DEVELOP the Next Generation of Value Strategists - As a leader in our Data & AI Strategy practice, you will play a key role in team development and operations. You will coach and mentor consultants to grow as subject matter experts in value realisation and strategic planning, providing day-to-day feedback alongside long-term guidance.
We COLLABORATE with Business and Technology Leaders - You will build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners, advising on data and AI strategy implementation and value measurement. Your influence will shape decisions across both IT and business domains, ensuring alignment and impact at the highest levels.
We ESTABLISH and SCALE the Capability - As the founding leader, you will define the operating model, build the team and develop go-to-market propositions. This includes building a strong pipeline of opportunities, leveraging internal networks and market insights to drive growth and positioning the capability as a trusted partner for clients.
