  • Provide market share reports for sales and marketing.
  • Aid in report creation for other departments.

Overview

Data Administrator – Part time 24 hours per week, 12 month fixed-term contract until end of August 2026. Salary £25,600 (£15,958 pro-rata) + 15% retention bonus and benefits. Sunbury office based. Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Wednesday with 1 hour lunch.

Role

My client is recruiting for a 12 month fixed term contract for a Data Administrator, to join their dynamic team to oversee the integration of point-of-sale (POS) data into QlikView, Cognos, and Power BI, ensuring seamless reporting across these platforms. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports through Cognos to key stakeholders throughout the EMEA region. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on using QlikView and Cognos effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and upload of the POS data into the proprietary database on a weekly basis.
  • Upload data from files to the internal databases and Power BI platform, correcting exceptions.
  • Check validity of load against files received.
  • Maintain and update the relevant account lists and other necessary files for the upload.
  • Liaise with Management Information System to upload the POS data into the database.
  • Provide market share and other reports for the sales and marketing department.
  • Provide analysis reports for the sales department.
  • Aid other departments in creating reports on the platform.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year office experience.
  • Experience with MS Office; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Bonus if you have an understanding of either QlikView, Cognos, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Online.
