Qualifications

• Good knowledge of building materials and an overview of various trades.
• Excellent ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the workforce.
• Commitment to work safely and provide excellent customer service.
• Capacity to manage own workload and make decisions within expertise.
• Willingness to maintain training and certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and effective service to customers.
• Remove damaged materials and prepare areas for remediation.
• Clean and sanitise areas to prevent contamination.
• Apply anti-mould treatments to protect homes.
• Monitor and install drying equipment as necessary.
• Operate plant machinery and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
