Job summary

Ultimate Asset in the United Kingdom is seeking a quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executive to own new business across the DACH region. You will run full-cycle enterprise sales into technical, scientific buyers across German-speaking Europe.

This is a build role where you will shape territory strategy and messaging as much as executing it, partnering with solutions engineering, marketing, and leadership to drive revenue growth across the DACH market.

Qualifications

• German native with fluent English.
• Based in the UK and eligible to work here without sponsorship.
• Proven track record as a quota-carrying enterprise seller in a high-rigor sales org.
• Experience selling to technical and scientific buyers.
• Comfortable working across multi-stakeholder buying committees.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across DACH from prospecting to close.
• Sell to technical and scientific buyers, translating product value into outcomes.
• Build and manage a pipeline against a €1.7m–€2m annual quota.
• Collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, and leadership on GTM playbooks.
• Represent the DACH market voice, feeding insights back to the business.
