A leading global consulting firm is seeking a D365 F&SCM HR Consultant to join their Microsoft Business Applications Practice. This hybrid role requires collaboration with business users to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in D365 HR, extensive project implementation experience, and the ability to work remotely with occasional site travel. Qualifications

  • Experience with D365 HR, AX 2012, and key HR modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
  • Lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

D365 F&SCM HR Consultant

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: hybrid (1-2 days per week in Lincolnshire)
Pay: INSIDE IR35, negotiable

Join a leading global consulting firm's Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP). We're seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant to collaborate with business users and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
  • Convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
  • Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-User Training.
  • Lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Facilitate client meetings and drive decision-making.
  • Provide weekly status reports to the project team.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with D365 HR, AX 2012, and key HR modules.
  • Minimum 3-4 end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
  • Experience with data migration in D365 HR.
  • Solid communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
