Band 3 Administrator – Marsden House 0-18 Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Band 3 Administrator to join the team. The role supports the team with all administration in the Chester office and the satellite clinic in Kingsley Resource Centre, Ellesmere Port.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential administrative support using electronic communication, computers and databases.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professional confidentiality.
  • Use Microsoft Office efficiently to prepare documents, maintain files and manage scheduling.
  • Support the team and outside agencies, ensuring timely communication with young people and families.
  • Maintain effective time management to meet competing deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and working with the public.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion with sensitive data.
  • Well‑balanced, flexible approach to working as part of a team, with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
Working Hours & Pay

Working hours up to 30 hours per week. The Trust supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
