Join a fast-growing specialist BD consultancy working with some of the most exciting companies in cybersecurity. The role is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the Basingstoke office, and offers uncapped commission and a pension.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Highly organised and process-driven.
• Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns to engage senior cybersecurity decision-makers.
• Deliver strong discovery conversations and book qualified client meetings.
• Represent SpearPoint BD professionally in all prospect interactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting reports.
• Own accounts and campaigns to consistently deliver results.
