Optimise Talent Ltd. in Leeds is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new business for a cybersecurity SaaS company. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, engage senior technology leaders, and book demos while developing your own pipeline.

The role is hybrid from Leeds city centre with a clear path into Account Executive responsibilities for the right person. A strong focus on hitting activity and revenue targets is expected.

Formación

• At least 12 months' B2B sales, telesales or outbound experience.
• Strong cold‑calling confidence, resilience and communication skills.
• Comfortable working to activity and revenue targets.
• SaaS, technology, IT or cybersecurity experience is desirable, but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Make high-volume outbound calls - around 100 per day.
• Prospect and engage CTOs and senior technology/security leaders.
• Book qualified, attended demos and build your own pipeline.
• Source and manage prospect data accurately.
• Track activity, KPIs and conversion performance.
