Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Cyber Services Director to lead its Managed and Professional Services functions. You will drive service excellence, customer success and operational performance while guiding senior leadership and strengthening enterprise relationships.

The role offers the chance to lead a high-performing cyber services organisation, working with senior leadership to grow the business and deliver strategic solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a cyber security services organisation.
  • Strong background in MDR, SOC, DFIR and/or Professional Services.
  • Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary service delivery teams.
  • Commercial responsibility for revenue, customer retention and service performance.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with experience engaging C-Level stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring and people management capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational delivery.
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational management experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Managed Services, Professional Services, Customer Success, Project Management and Internal IT.
  • Own the successful delivery of approximately £12m in cyber services revenue.
  • Drive customer retention, service quality, profitability and operational excellence.
  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs, IT Directors and senior customer stakeholders.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical, operational and customer issues.
  • Partner with Technology and Commercial teams to ensure services remain innovative, scalable and aligned to customer needs.
  • Develop and mentor senior leaders while creating a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee service delivery across MDR, SOC, DFIR and Professional Services engagements.
  • Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction and financial KPIs.
  • Contribute to strategic planning as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
