Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Cyber Security Service Integration Manager to join its growing cyber team in London. You will own the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services across EMEA, Americas, and APAC, delivering end-to-end service integration and governance.

This hybrid role (half in London, half remote) requires strong ITIL/SIAM experience, ability to influence without direct authority, and collaboration with regional tech teams and third-party suppliers to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Service Management or service integration within a complex, multi-supplier environment.

Cyber Security Service Integration Manager

This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Cyber Service Integration Manager to join the thriving Cyber team in this thriving investment bank as they grow their Service Integration Manager - Cyber team

Role details

• Title: Service Integration Manager - Cyber
• Salary: £80,000 - £120,000
• Focus of the role: the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services
• Location: London City and home working hybrid (50/50%)

The Cyber Service Integration Manager is responsible for owning and operating the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services supporting EMEA, Americas Division (inc Canada & Brazil) and APAC. This includes end-to-end service integration, international service reporting, service catalogue management, SLA and KPI governance, service-performance controls and continual improvement.

Operating within the EMEA-led SIAM integration hub, the role will coordinate Cyber teams, regional technology teams, intragroup providers and third-party suppliers to provide a consistent, controlled and evidence-based view of Cyber service performance across supported regions and entities.
