Huxley is seeking a Cyber Security Service Integration Manager to join its growing cyber team in London. You will own the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services across EMEA, Americas, and APAC, delivering end-to-end service integration and governance.

This hybrid role (half in London, half remote) requires strong ITIL/SIAM experience, ability to influence without direct authority, and collaboration with regional tech teams and third-party suppliers to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Service Management or service integration within a complex, multi-supplier environment.
• Strong experience supporting Cyber or security services as managed end-to-end services.
• Ability to influence Cyber, technology, regional and supplier teams without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Cyber service integration across regions.
• Coordinate cross-regional and cross-supplier activities.
• Govern cyber service performance, risk and resilience.
• Lead governance and integrated service reviews.
