Job description

• Night Shift: 22:00 - 07:00 | Days Off: 2 days during the week

Weekend work is required

Skills and qualifications:

• Work is fast-paced, so we need a candidate to multiply tasks.
• Good understanding of import and export procedures and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases - preferably Intermediate Microsoft level.
• Customs systems, CDS knowledge would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Excellent data entry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, prioritise own workload, problem-solve, and multitask.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, tariff classification, and customs valuation methodologies would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (transferable) skills.
• Knowledge of NCTS or NES would be advantageous but not essential.
