Customer Team Member

Location: 41 Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 0DZ

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. This role will include work on our Post Office Counters. Full, paid training provided.

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, support tasks on the post office counter, and deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are all correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services – share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
